The "Letting Go" Breathwork Journey is a deeply immersive experience designed to support those carrying the weight of past hurts, resentment or self-judgement. Using somatic breathwork combined with carefully crafted frequencies, music, affirmations, and guided vocal journeys, this session helps release what no longer serves, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
