Join us for an immersive and meditative journey through sound towards the ultimate quiet mind. Our theme for November is Silence, taking refuge in the quiet Centre of the Self.
In Sound Bath, the sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls guide practitioners into a state of effortless meditation and healing relaxation. Sound Bath is an experience of both listening and profound inner silence, an opportunity to find refuge in the calmness, stillness and clarity deep within.
If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath before, come give it a try!

What to bring: Please bring a yoga or sports mat. You may also want a pillow, yoga bolster or blankets to create the ultimate Savasana for yourself. The entire session is lying down.
Doors open at 18:45. Pre-booking and pre-payment is essential as space is limited.
