Sound Bath in the Tiffany Gallery

Saturdays / Twice a Month / 2PM

Join us for this lovely and relaxing event: a sound bath in the wondrous Tiffany Gallery. This gallery hosts a wall of original Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows that glow brilliantly in the afternoon light.

No prior experience required. Dress comfortably (and for warmth). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a journal for the option to reflect creatively at the end.

Experienced facilitators will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay or sit comfortably through the event.

ABOUT MoCA Arlington:

MoCA Arlington is The Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit contemporary visual arts center, was established in 1974 and has been housed since 1976 in a historic school building. Our facility includes nine exhibition galleries, working studios for twelve artists, and three classrooms.
