Gentle Yoga in the Galleries: Monday Nights
Unwind and invite balance in this flowing, gentle yoga class. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a gentle practice suitable for all levels. On Monday nights in the beautiful Tiffany Gallery. Start your week on a positive note.
- Mondays: 6:30 - 7:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:30am - 10:30am & 11am - 12pm is Yoga in the Galleries
- 4th Saturday of the month: 9:30am - 10:30am is Yoga en Español (for learners and native speakers alike!)
Bring your own mat, a journal (optional), and wear comfortable clothing.
Donation-Based Entry
This is a donation-based class that supports the Museum's mission. We created tickets tiered at the levels of $10, $15, and $20. Opting for the higher level tickets makes way for those who can't afford as much. No refunds given on tickets purchased. Thank you.

Info: Jordyn is a holistic yoga teacher with over ten years of practice and independent exploration of Eastern contemplative traditions. Certified as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional Yin & Somatics training from Kula Collective, she guides students through mindful movement and breath awareness to nurture resilience, presence, and balance. In her classes, students are invited to slow down, connect deeply with their breath, and cultivate a kind and accepting relationship with themselves. Her career in international relations and human rights informs the mindfulness and values she brings to her teaching, which emphasizes energy balance, self-compassion, and the mind-body connection.
2nd & 4th Mondays: Alesia Ze Gara

Info: Alesia Za Gara is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), specializing in Hatha, Restorative, Chair, and Vinyasa yoga. Her inclusive and accessible classes are designed to meet every student where they are. Alesia believes that yoga is truly for every body, regardless of age, mobility, experience level, or background. Her teaching style emphasizes thoughtful modifications, mindful movement, and deep connection to breath, creating a welcoming and supportive space for all practitioners.
3rd Mondays: Maria Camila Villarraga Angulo
Host: Maria Camila Villarraga Angulo
Info: Maria Camila is a bilingual yoga teacher who completed a 200-hour training back in 2023 and teaches in both Spanish and English. Her classes invite participants to build awareness, mobility, and calm through guided movement, breathwork, and practical tools they can carry into daily life. She is known for creating welcoming environments that are inclusive of all mobility levels, whether someone is just beginning or more advanced in their practice.
5th Mondays: Devyn Beswick
Host: Devyn Beswick
Info: Devyn (she/her) is a storyteller, multidisciplinary artist, and RYT-200 yoga instructor based in Washington, DC. Devyn uses movement/embodiment practices and sound healing as a tool for creative expression. With gentle asana, guided meditations, breathwork, and her soothing handpan, her classes are deeply meditative, and encourage a practice of surrender.
