In a welcoming, steady space, we explore changing roles, purpose, and emerging opportunities while honoring the mix of uncertainty, curiosity, and personal growth that can accompany transition. Through gentle reflection, grounding practices, and supportive conversation, participants build clarity, confidence, and connection as they continue along the path ahead.
