Join us at The Yoga Tree for a deeply restorative and intuitively guided sound journey. An immersive experience featuring crystal bowls, voice, and rhythm that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
This sound bath is a living transmission. Each session is unique, blending the pure tones of crystal bowls with Ana’s playful and soothing voice, which may rise in ethereal melodies, drop into deep throat tones, or call in primal frequencies through shamanic drumming and animal sounds.
Whether soft and angelic or wild and elemental, the soundscape is crafted in the moment, inviting you to release, receive, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm.
Come as you are, no experience necessary. This is your space to unwind, journey inward, and be gently held or powerfully activated, depending on what your body and soul most need.
“The sound of the crystal bowls was amazing, but when she started singing, it just took it to another level.”
— Swami Atma Gyanam

Common questions:
1. What is a sound bath?
Answer: A sound bath is an immersive experience where you “bathe” in healing sound vibrations. It’s a journey through sound waves created by instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and other resonant tools that help ease you into a deep state of relaxation, mindfulness, and connection. It’s less about listening and more about feeling the sounds in your body.
2. What are the benefits of a sound bath?
Answer: Sound baths are known to relieve stress, quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional and physical healing. Many people feel more balanced, calm, and clear afterward. It’s a gentle way to connect to yourself and release what no longer serves you.
3. Do I need any experience to attend?
Answer: No prior experience is necessary! Sound baths are for everyone, whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner. You simply lie back, relax, and allow the sounds to guide you. I create a warm, welcoming space where you can fully unwind.
4. What should I bring?
Answer: Comfortable clothing is recommended. Some people like to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and an eye pillow if they have one, to feel extra cozy. We provide some essentials, but if you have any personal items that help you relax, feel free to bring them along.
5. How long does a session last?
Answer: Typically, a sound bath lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. This is enough time to allow your body and mind to sink into relaxation and respond to the vibrations, helping you connect deeply with yourself.
6. What happens during a sound bath session?
Answer: After getting comfortable, we begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle. Then, I play a variety of sound healing instruments, allowing you to simply receive. The experience is usually peaceful, though the sounds may bring up different sensations or emotions. At the end, there’s a short period to come back to the present, leaving you feeling renewed.
7. Can a sound bath help with anxiety or stress?
Answer: Yes! Many people find that sound baths help release anxiety and tension. The soothing frequencies and vibrations encourage your body to enter a deep state of relaxation, which can calm the nervous system and ease stress. It’s a gentle way to promote emotional release and clarity.
8. Is a sound bath safe for everyone?
Answer: Sound baths are generally safe, but if you have specific health concerns (such as epilepsy or sound sensitivity), it’s always a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider before attending. I’m also here to answer any questions to ensure you feel comfortable.
9. What if I fall asleep during the session?
Answer: Falling asleep is perfectly okay and quite common! The sound vibrations can take you into a deeply relaxed state that might feel like sleep, but you’re still absorbing the benefits. Some people wake up feeling rested and recharged, even if they nodded off.
10. Do I need to lie down?
Answer: No, you don’t have to lie down for a sound bath—it’s all about what feels comfortable for you. Most people find that lying down helps them relax and fully absorb the sounds, but you’re welcome to sit up, recline, or even rest on cushions if that’s more comfortable. I encourage everyone to make themselves at home and find the position that allows them to feel at ease and enjoy the experience to the fullest. If you need any adjustments, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to help!
11. How often should I attend?
Answer: It depends on your personal needs and schedule. Some people attend weekly or biweekly, while others find that a monthly sound bath is enough. Regular sessions can help deepen your connection to yourself and offer continuous benefits.
