Be More Tree - Summer Solstice Event June 20th 5-9pm

Join the Happy and Blissful Yogi and me to celebrate the summer solstice. Our event is to be held in beautiful private woodlands amongst tranquil surroundings. Immerse yourself in nature for an evening of yoga, mindful forest bathing, home prepared simple vegetarian food and a sound and Reiki bath with some yoga Nidra to lull the evening off into the sunset. Melissa and Sarah both teach their yoga locally and I hold regular Sound baths in South Walsham and events at my house in Coltishall. But this is a road trip all the way to Buxton Heath near Hevingham and when you visit you will discover why we have chosen this very special location to celebrate the solstice. The event is weather dependent. Bring a matt and or a camping chair and a blanket for the yoga and sound bath respectively. Price is £45 per person. Message me if it sounds like your thing!

5.15-6.30pm Welcome circle and gentle yoga
6.45-7.15pm Mindful Forest Bathing
7.20pm Food and mingle
7.45-8.45pm Sound bath with Reiki and Nidra
9.00pm depart
