Join us on Sunday 24th May at 4:30pm at St Margaret’s Church Hall, Old Catton for a calm and restorative sound bath.
These sessions are a chance to step away from the busyness of life and take a quiet pause… to lie down, rest and allow everything to soften.
With the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion, the body and mind are guided into deep relaxation—helping you to fully unwind and reset before the week ahead.
A peaceful hour just for you… to slow down, settle and simply be.
🧺 What to bring
Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable, this might be a yoga mat, blanket, cushions or a chair. Cosy layers are always a good idea so you can fully relax 🤍
