As the year reaches its midpoint, we invite you to pause, reset and reconnect through an evening of gongs, crystal bowls and gentle sound healing.
This special extended session has been created as a deeply relaxing and immersive sound experience, offering space to soften, unwind and simply rest for a while.
Using sound and vibration, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where the mind can quieten and the body can begin to let go of the busyness of everyday life.
This evening also includes gentle refreshments and time to reflect afterwards, creating a calm and welcoming space to connect and ease gently back into the evening.
