Join us for a gentle sound bath at St Margaret’s Church Hall in Old Catton on Sunday 28th June 🌿
As we move through the final days of June, this is a lovely time to pause, reflect and take a moment for yourself before stepping into a new month.
This session offers a calm, welcoming space to lie down, get comfortable and be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion.
Allow the sounds to help settle the body, quieten the mind and gently restore your energy.
