We would like to invite you to our transformative Sound Journey experience, where ancient sound healing meets modern comfort in the heart of Tonbridge.

Our Sacred Sound Goddess has over a decade of experience behind her, being at the forefront of the sound healing movement, teaching others and facilitating powerful healing journeys like no other.

Choose to float in a hammock or select a comfy space, which include a yoga mat, sheepskin rugs, cushion and blanket.

For our regular spaces, please bring with you a pillow, something to lay on and some blankets to keep yourself warm and cosy. The floor is padded so if you don't have a yoga mat a blanket or sleeping bag will do.

While our studio maintains a comfortable temperature, we always recommend dressing in layers to ensure your complete comfort during this deeply relaxing experience.

You will be held and navigated into a Reiki and Rahanni infused Meditation. Focusing on the profound healing vibrations of our astrology attuned Gongs, complemented by crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Shamanic drumming, and other high frequency instruments such as the Rav drum, Native American Flute and live vocal vibrations.

The powerful resonance of the gongs create waves of sound that wash over you, penetrating deep into your being. Since ancient times, gongs have been revered for their ability to induce profound states of relaxation, balance the mind, and elevate spiritual awareness. The harmonic overtones produced by our gongs work to recalibrate your cells on mental, physical, and energetic levels, bringing you into deep alignment.

All participants are spritzed with Agua De Florida on arrival, which is not only powerful for clearing energy but also acts as an antibacterial.

We understand that times are uncertain right now, and we are very grateful and pleased to be able to offer our sound journeys as support for those struggling with mental health issues, including - but not exclusive to - stress, worry, anxiety, panic, depression, overthinking, insomnia etc.

We also like to incorporate certain smells (such as incense and oils) to enhance your Sound journey experience. So please be aware of this before booking if you are sensitive to smells, or please let us know on arrival so we can keep this in mind.

After your Gong Bath, our aftercare is recommended as your cells will have been 'reset' and re-harmonised with the high frequency sounds that you will have experienced.

We advise that you drink plenty of water, nourish yourself with healthy food and please try to avoid the following:

Negativity or negative people and/or negative conversations

Low frequency TV shows and or violent/aggressive films

Engaging in gossip or drama

Alcohol or substance abuse

Unhealthy/Junk food

Basically anything that you know is bad for your or causes you to FEEL bad in any way.

Look after yourself and do the things that make you smile and happy!

PLEASE NOTE: that due to such high demand we no longer arrange refunds or exchanges, but where possible we encourage reselling or gifting to friends and family. We trust in the universe's divine plan and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending our event. Although we wish we could provide compensation for such occurrences, we have already committed expenses to secure our studio space. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, illness, or unexpected weather or traffic conditions. We hold the intention of providing a peaceful and fulfilling experience for all who attend, and we hope that you will be able to join us on this journey.
