Day one - Theory (attended via zoom)
Day two two - Practical (must attend in person)
A Practical course designed to teach you how to safely and confidently facilitate sound meditation sessions.
Sound meditation uses vibration, tone and intentional sound environments to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and meditative awareness. This training combines theory, practical instrument training and practitioner facilitation skills.
This course is suitable for those wishing to work professionally with sound meditation or those looking to deepen their personal practice.
