HOLIDAY WORKSHOP:Strong Warriors: a YOGA workshop for athletic kids

This is a yoga-based workshop for kids aged 8+ to help build strength, flexibility and balance for enhanced athletic performance. The elements of movement, breath and relaxation found in yoga are complementary to many other sports including martial arts, football and gymnastics.
In this workshop we’ll explore traditional yoga postures and flows like SUN SALUTATION and WARRIOR variations, through a host of games, partner work and creative sequencing. Breathwork and restorative options included to help ground the body and release muscle tension.
£25 per child, or £20 each if they bring a friend or sibling (use discount code FRIENDS at checkout)
