What are some of the challenges around organisational change and how can you minimize the risks and costs?
About this Event

Whether it be, for example: reorganisation, redundancy or acquisition, the cost of getting it wrong can be substantial… reputationally, financially and in terms of time. Change is rarely easy, and it is important to consider both legal and psychological approaches to minimising the risk.

We will be exploring:

  • Examples of change related challenges, including both psychological and legal / practical challenges
  • How to prevent, resolve or mitigate challenges
  • Making consultation ‘meaningful’
  • How to create and maintain change momentum

By attending this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to discuss challenges and solutions with other HR/OD/L&D professionals and take away practical tools to help you in the future.
