Guided by opera-trained vocalist and sound healer Michelle, and holistic sound creatrix Lizi Sage, this immersive experience begins with chakra-focused vocal toning—using the voice as a tool to awaken, align, and clear the energy centres. Through gentle guidance, you’ll explore sound as vibration, expression, and release, allowing your body to soften and your energy to open.
The evening then flows into a transformative gong bath, where layers of harmonic frequencies wash through the body, inviting deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and emotional unwinding. Together, the practices create a full-spectrum journey that reconnects you with your breath, your body, and your inner rhythm.
