Sound & Soul is a small, private gathering that combines the gentle power of Reiki with the deeply immersive vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls. With a limited number of participants, each guest will receive individual attention in a supportive and nurturing environment.

✨ Sound Healing & Individual Reiki
As Olga creates a soothing soundscape with the gong and crystal singing bowls, Reiki Practitioner Sarah will offer each participant a brief one-on-one Reiki session. The combination of sound and Reiki creates a deeply restorative environment that encourages relaxation, balance, and inner stillness.

• Oracle Card Reading – Receive an oracle card as a gentle source of reflection and inspiration to take home.
• Olife Olive Leaf Extract Tasting – An optional wellness add-on for those who would like to experience this natural olive leaf extract.

Meet Your Facilitators

Olga is a yoga therapist and sound meditation facilitator who creates immersive sound journeys using the gong and crystal singing bowls to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.

Sarah is a Reiki Practitioner dedicated to helping others experience energetic balance, relaxation, and gentle healing through Reiki.

This experience is ideal if you are looking to:

No previous experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound healing is needed. Simply wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind.

Space is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate atmosphere and allow each participant to receive an individual Reiki experience. Registration is required, as spaces are very limited.
