Join us for the Good Mellow Experience, a unique event that blends an energizing 45-minute all-levels yoga flow with a guided tasting of thoughtfully crafted functional beverages from Good Mellow, available at Sechey.
We'll begin by sampling Good Mellow, a line of functional beverages featuring real fruit, bold flavors, and a blend of functional ingredients including ashwagandha and L-theanine. Guests will have the opportunity to explore a variety of refreshing beverage options while learning about the ingredients that make each one unique.
Following the tasting, you'll be guided through a 45-minute Good Mellow Flow designed to help you move with intention, connect with your body, and ease into the weekend feeling refreshed and grounded.

About the Instructor:
Sara Nelson is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and community builder with more than 20 years of experience working alongside nonprofits focused on child welfare, affordable housing, rural health, mental health, and addiction. Her work bridges systems change and personal transformation, helping people navigate life's transitional seasons with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
Sara is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy with specialized training in trauma-informed yoga, Grief Yoga, and Women's Circle Facilitation. She is also a certified SHE RECOVERS Yoga Teacher, creating supportive, inclusive spaces that foster healing, self-discovery, and authentic connection. In 2024 she co-founded Meet us on the Frontlines, as grassroots non-profit that prepares, connects and empowers people to take meaningful, sustainable action in their communities.
