About this Event

Tide Turners: Anchor Program

Tide Turners Recovery Project is an all‑community wellness program—creating safe, supportive, and structured spaces for healing, connection, and personal transformation. With the partnership between the Town of James Island and WakeUp Carolina, we endeavor to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit through lessons learned from the ocean and our natural environment.

The Tide Turners: Anchor Program will meet people exactly where they are at, hold space, and provide you the means to start healing from whatever that is keeping you from reaching your full potential. Using structured programming strengthens the mind, body, and spirit as an interconnected system through mindful and somatic approaches. We provide a community, hope, and resiliency training.

Whether you’re navigating transitions, managing stress, or looking for a deeper connection to yourself and others, the Tide Turners: Anchor Program offers a meaningful experience with trauma-informed peers that will walk alongside you through each step.
