Join Bella for a free, all levels slow flow in Waterfront Park sponsored by The Daniel Island Market and Eatery (The DIME). Following Yoga, we'll head over to The DIME for a local vendors market!
We're welcoming both the novice practitioner and the seasoned yogi! You can expect movement focused on mobility, stretches with longer holds, and deep breaths to really relax and ground your mind and body.
Class begins at 9:30am and ends at 10:15am, please arrive a few minutes early to get checked in and settled!
