Celebrate May Day weekend with a restorative afternoon designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect.

Join us at McRae Park for Self-Care Sunday, where you’ll move at your own pace through a series of calming, thoughtfully curated experiences:

Sound Therapy with Donette Ambrosy (Fine Tuning Sound Therapy)
Settle in and let soothing tones and vibrations help release stress, quiet your mind, and bring your body back into balance.

Acupuncture or Acupressure with Nicole & Shelby (Little House Acupuncture)
Choose between traditional acupuncture or a needle-free acupressure experience. Each session is designed to calm the nervous system and support digestion and sleep. Enjoy herbal tea and a gentle introduction to Chinese herbal medicine.

Diamond Art (Self-Guided)
Take part in a quiet, meditative creative practice—placing one gem at a time to create something beautiful while giving your mind space to rest.

Together, these experiences create a nurturing space to slow down, honor yourself, and step into the new season feeling refreshed.

Light refreshments and treats will be available in the lobby throughout the event.
