SC7 + Nature at Work: Blue Mind Yoga at the South Carolina Aquarium

Start your morning with a one-of-a-kind wellness experience in front of the South Carolina Aquarium’s breathtaking Great Ocean Tank.

Presented by the South Carolina Aquarium in partnership with Nature at Work, the South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition and SC7, this special Blue Mind experience invites participants to connect with the calming power of water through a guided yoga session in one of South Carolina’s most inspiring settings.

Rooted in the concept of Blue Mind—the idea that being near, in, on, or under water can positively impact our mental wellbeing, stress levels, and overall sense of calm—this experience is designed to help participants slow down, reset, and connect with nature in a meaningful way.

Following yoga, participants are invited to stay and explore the Aquarium’s exhibits, taking a self-guided journey from the mountains to the sea.

Important Details:

• Participants should arrive at the admissions area by 8:15 AM for check-in
• Please bring your own yoga mat
• Reusable water bottles are encouraged (water refill stations available)
• Participants are welcome to stay and enjoy the Aquarium after the session

Parking:

• Street parking is free before 9:00 AM
• Aquarium City Garage (24 Calhoun Street): $1 per 20 minutes
• Additional paid parking available nearby

This is a complimentary community experience presented through the South Carolina Aquarium in partnership with Nature at Work and SC7.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve the experience, with priority access reserved for South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition and Nature at Work members, along with a limited number of community registrations.

Please reserve a spot only if you plan to attend. If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration promptly so another guest may participate.
