A Sunday morning gathering in the park to recharge, reconnect, and welcome the new cosmic cycle with this immersive, grounding experience.

Join Angelica, sound healing facilitator and women’s intuition coach, and Mari, Reiki Master and womb wisdom mentor, for a grounding outdoor experience. We intend for you to walk away feeling like you’ve been physically and energetically scrubbed clean: with a realigned nervous system, a body that feels weightless, your soul vibrating with vitality, and a mind so crystal clear that you are ready to manifest your most audacious year yet. 

The Galactic New Year occurs every July 26th and aligns with the ancient Mayan 13-Moon calendar bringing in a new year to consciously create a life you love that aligns with your soul.

This Year calls you to remember how to consciously breathe, feel and shed, shine and serve, contemplate and question, give and receive compassion and wisdom, care for your body, feed your soul, enjoy your unique place amidst the vastness, and know yourself as a living note in the grand symphony of light.

Angelica will guide an immersive sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls, vibrational tuning forks, voice and other toning frequencies. Sound healing is a sacred art that supports the body on a cellular and energetic level. These tones are an invitation to soothe the nervous system, recalibrate your inner rhythm, and return to your natural state of balance.

Mari will offer Holy Fire® Reiki throughout the experience. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing therapy based on the idea that a "universal life force" flows through our bodies. Practitioners lightly place their hands—or hover them—just above specific energy zones to guide this flow, aiming to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and support the body's natural healing process. It is a grounded, embodied practice that supports the nervous system, emotional balance, and overall well-being. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.

Together, this Reiki-infused sound bath is an opportunity to pause, soften, shed what no longer serves, and root into the healing energy of nature. Let this be a return to breath, to body, and to Earth.
