Sauerkraut & Kimchi

Get hands-on with the art of fermentation in this interactive class! You’ll learn how to make your own sauerkraut and kimchi from scratch, experimenting with flavors, textures, and spices while discovering the science behind these probiotic-rich foods. Each student will take home quart of each. Have your own jars or fermentation crock? Bring them if you wish!
