If you're wondering if you can belly dance (you can!) or if it's a good activity for general wellbeing and fun (it is!), this is the workshop for you. This is not an intro class! This is a 60% off foundational Belly Dance class for new beginners or those who want a review of the basics. It is equivalent to the first three of Gina's Beginner Belly Dance classes, worth $70. We'll go over basic moves, and we'll do some mini choreographies. All shapes, sizes, ability levels and genders are welcome. We'll have a light-hearted atmosphere with plenty of laughter and a chance to give yourself some "Me Time" and a mental break from the world.
