Join us for a deeply rejuvenating Sound Immersion experience led by seasoned sound healer Chris Toms.This immersive session, often referred to as a Sound Bath or Sound Journey, offers a sensory journey that transcends description through words. The profound sense of serenity it imparts can be likened to the cumulative effects of years of meditation practice, all condensed into a single session, leaving a lasting impact that can extend for days, even weeks in some cases.
Participating is effortlessly simple. As a participant, all you need to do is show up and either lay down (in most cases) or, for some, assume a meditative posture or sit in a chair. An array of sounds, emanating from multiple expansive healing gongs, precious metal Himalayan Singing Bowls, Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Healing Drums & Percussion, Native American Flute, Heartfelt Vocal toning/chanting, and the enchanting Hand Pan, guides you on a one-of-a-kind journey. Each experience is entirely unique, and prior experience is not necessary.
This extraordinary journey provides nourishment for the soul, inducing relaxation, calming the nervous system, silencing the mind, triggering the release of healing hormones, and facilitating entry into deep meditative states by quelling your body's fight or flight response. It's also known to have a direct positive impact on the Vagus Nerve.

Chris, with over 30 years of experience performing live music, holds a Diploma In Integral Sound Healing - Multi Instrument - Practitioner Level from the Sound Healing Academy in the UK. He has dedicated countless hours to mastering his craft and has spared no expense in acquiring the finest instruments and equipment from around the world. He has facilitated hundreds of Sound Journeys, and is continually looking to evolve his journeys and his collection of instruments.
Sound Therapy/Sound Healing is an incredibly potent practice that should not be taken lightly and should only be performed by those with proper and comprehensive training. Always verify the qualifications of anyone you entrust with your well-being.
What to bring:
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
• Bring a thick yoga mat (ideally 2) or camping mat or air mattress, your favourite blanket/quilt, and cushions/pillows for your comfort.
Please be aware there will be some louder sounds and frequencies, which people with sound sensitivities may not enjoy.

Refund policy:
- If you cancel more than one week before the event a refund can be offered, full price less 25% (to cover admin and fees).
-If you withdraw less than one week before the event we reserve the right not to offer a refund but we can reschedule you for the next event or you can transfer the ticket to someone else.
-No refund or rescheduling is offered if you withdraw in less than 48 hours from the event start time or a no-show. If for any reason, we cancel the event then you will be offered a refund in full.
-In case of medical emergencies we ask for medical certificates to submit to reschedule/refund.
