Hey Community! We’re shaking things up a little and hosting a multi-part community event at Welland on Sunday the 10th of May. Drop in for the whole journey or any part you feel to. (Eg.. maybe just share a meal with community and watch the movie..)
There will be a few different activities throughout the day, a bit more casual than the usual Satsang.. an opportunity to share some spiritual practices and hang out as community.. ☀️
Flow of the day..
10:45am – 12:00pm: Silent Meditation. Oms, followed by two 25-minute sits with a short space for sharing in between.
12:10 – 1:10pm: Devotional Chanting / Kirtan
1:30pm - 3:00pm: Lunch at Zenhouse.
3:15pm – 6:15pm: Spiritual Movie, Chat and Chill.
Event will be held at.. 19 Frederick Street, Welland
Please Bring 🎒
• A water bottle (filtered water is also available on-site).
• Your favorite personal seating, cushion, or rug to stay cozy.
• An instrument if you’d like to play along during the chanting.
• An open heart! 🥰
This is a no-cost event, but we always welcome donations if you feel called to contribute to ongoing costs. 🙏
