This is a time to stop, notice, relax..... and find peace and calm in nature over 2 blissful hours.

Whether you are visiting Adelaide for leisure, business, study, work or live in our beautiful city, if you need to unwind or get grounded, you are welcome.

Our Guides are certified Forest Therapy Guides with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

We respectfully acknowledge that our gathering is on Kaurna Land traditionally owned by the Kaurna People.

We include light refreshments and tea at the conclusion of our session.

A list of essential and suggested comfort items and specific location/meet spot information will be emailed to attendees 24-48 hours prior to the event subject to the weather forecast.

We consider this event to be accessible for those with mobility restrictions. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs. We give options for participants to walk, sit, lay or stand for up to 15 mins at a time during the session.

If you experience disability, have additional needs or require a support worker to attend with you, please request this at time of booking. We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for everyone.

We suggest anyone under 18 attend with an adult - this event is recommended for those aged 15 and above.
