You will have the chance to move in an embodied, empowered way with Jenna , Meditate -if you hate meditation you need to try Olivias class- she is wonderful!, Rest whilst Laura bathes you in Sound, eat nourishing food and meet some wonderful food all whilst in the comfort of Joy Yoga Studio. Minimal Travel - Maximum Relaxation!
