Join Kendall, owner of The Healing Loft, and Carly, owner of Waves of Change Coalition for an evening of restorative yoga and sound healing.
You’ll be guided through long-held, fully supported postures while immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, rain sticks, and drums—designed to help the body unwind and the mind settle.
25% of proceeds from each ticket purchased will be donated to Oxford House. Props are provided, but feel free to bring anything of your own that you'd like. Dress comfortably and come as you are.
