Community Yoga for Connect With A Wish

Join us on Sunday, April 12 for a special community yoga class to benefit Connect With a Wish, a local nonprofit supporting children in the foster care system. This is a donation based offering! Your entry fee will be a heartfelt monetary donation of your choosing.

✨ Join Kendall, owner of The Healing Loft, for an hour of mindful movement and giving back at our Community Yoga class. This offering is opent to everyone! The first half of class will guide you through 30 minutes of gentle yoga—accessible, beginner-friendly postures that encourage relaxation, ease, and presence. We’ll then shift into 30 minutes of deeply restful restorative poses, fully supported by props, to invite deep relaxation and release. Together we’ll move, rest, and give back.
