Welcome to the first gathering in the Moon Cycle Chakra Attunement Series. This Flower Moon session focuses on the root chakra, the energy center connected to grounding, safety, and stability. Together we will explore practices that support awareness of the body and energy through guided meditation, gentle somatic movement, sound healing, Reiki energy, and individual chakra illumination.

Meet Coach KG, a psychology graduate, trauma informed life coach, and nonprofit founder. Her work focuses on helping people recognize patterns, reconnect with themselves, and begin breaking cycles at the root. Somatic movement and mediumship are her preferred methods for action, and moving through a new you.

Meet Ricki the Reiki weaver, a Reiki master, shaman in training, and long practiced medium who works with energy practices that support clarity, balance, and momentum in personal healing. She brings clarity and guidance.

Each participant will receive a journal, a Reiki charged crystal, and light refreshments. Guests who complete the optional form beforehand will have their crystal chosen with additional intuitive guidance.

Guests will participate in a guided meditation supported by sound therapy, receive Reiki energy directed toward the root chakra for attunement, and experience shamanic illumination intended to bring clarity to areas connected to safety and grounding. Afterwards, guests will be invited to journal and share, if they choose, what came up for them during the experience. We will close with a few minutes of somatic body movement to encourage energy flow through the root chakra.

This gathering is intentionally exclusive to ten participants to allow space for a more personal and supportive experience.
