a seasonal deeply nourishing extended evening yoga practice, devoted to resting and nourishing the mind, body & soul, though restorative yoga, guided meditation and deep relaxation.
this winter restorative rest session, is a cocoon of cosiness, inspired by the stillness in the nature around us. as the world rests, so do we.
