About this Event

Have you ever noticed that some yoga poses feel effortless on one day and much more difficult the next?


It isn't only about your flexibility. It's about your nervous system.


At our Aligned Evening, we use gentle yoga as a way to prepare your body before your Network Spinal session. But each movement has a purpose – to encourage awareness, breath, and invite your body into a state where it can receive and respond not to perfect a pose.


Movement creates awareness. Awareness creates opportunity.


Our bodies hold onto stress, emotions, or life's daily pressures, we often respond by creating patterns of tension. Over time, these feelings can become our "normal," even though they may leave us feeling stiff, exhausted, disconnected or overwhelmed.

Gentle yoga helps you notice where you're feeling like this.


As you connect with your breath and move through each posture, you're inviting your body to soften protective patterns that might not be serving you anymore. This is about creating space for change not about forcing change.


As the body begins to open, becoming relaxed and deeper. Signalling for your body to move from survival and into the healing state.


Breathing becomes more expansive becomes deeper and more expansive. This signals to your nervous system that it is safe to move away from survival and into a state of greater adaptability and healing.
