Meditation Workshop

To celebrate Mothers Day, for every 2 tickets bought together, the second ticket is half price.

These workshops are open to everyone, including beginners, and offer flexible, drop-in attendance, allowing you to join individual sessions.

Along with partially guided meditations, we will also be practising a nice and easy, gentle self-healing practise, using nothing but our own energy.

Reward yourself with some ‘you time’, time to unwind and be gently guided, leaving relaxed and rested.

Just come along to one of my workshops and you will walk away with the basics needed to assist you with your own meditation practise.
