Shoden is a Japanese word meaning "first teachings". It is the first level of learning in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition.
Reiki is a beautiful energy healing practice that aims to rebalance the energy within our body, mind and soul to create harmony and balance, thus removing dis-ease. But it is so much more too. It is a way of life, based on 3 pillars and 5 simple and powerful principles.
On this course you will learn what Reiki is, its origins and history, how to recognise the flow of energy, and how to apply it to heal yourself and your loved ones. You will practice applying Reiki to yourself and other participants, and will leave the workshop with full confidence in your ability.
You will receive your Shoden attunement and certificate at the end of the day.
All course materials and refreshments will be provided, all you need to bring is your whole self, an open and curious heart and mind, a notepad and pen.
Your investment for the day is £110, with an early bird discounted price of £99 available until 6th February and the option to spread the cost over 3 months.
Places are limited to 10 ensure the best experience is provided to all students.
