🌿 Seasonal Sound Bath SeriesA journey through the seasons — honouring the body’s natural rhythms
Each seasonal sound bath invites you to slow down and align with the natural energy of the season. Guided by sound, breath and stillness, these sessions offer space to reflect, release, restore and reconnect — without needing to do or be anything in particular.
Autumn invites us to let go.
In Five Element theory, Autumn is governed by the Metal element — the energy of refinement, boundaries and clear breathing. This session supports you to release what’s no longer serving you and create space for what truly matters.

✨ What to expect (same for all seasons)
Smudging and gentle drumming on arrival
Guided meditation and breathwork
Immersive sound healing with crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes
Time for journaling and quiet reflection
Please bring anything that supports your comfort — a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and journal. You’ll be resting for most of the session. Extra thick mats and weighted eye masks are available for hire if you desire.

Feels called to pause, reflect and check in with where they’re at
Is ready to notice what’s supporting them, what’s no longer serving, and what may be ready to shift
Or simply needs to give themselves permission to stop and breathe
Suitable for men, women and teens.
No experience needed — just come as you are.
You don’t need to share or speak.
The space is held, and your experience is entirely your own.
