There is a place within you that feels safe, expansive, and quietly powerful.
A space where healing happens naturally.
Where your body softens.
Where your energy recalibrates.
In this guided meditation, you’ll be gently led down a beautiful flower-lined staircase into a secret inner garden — a sanctuary designed for healing, restoration, and renewal.
But here’s the truth:
You are not seeking the light in this garden.
You are the light.
During this 60-minute journey, you will:
✨ Visualise entering your own inner healing sanctuary
✨ Move gentle waves of light through your body, illuminating and restoring your energy
✨ Surround yourself in loving light without judgement or pressure
✨ Practice body appreciation and gratitude for your physical form
✨ Set a personal request or intention to be supported during a dedicated Reiki segment
You’ll be invited to write a request or intention on a small piece of paper to hold during the healing portion of the session. Please bring a pen and small paper for this. This may be something you wish to release, strengthen, or invite into your life. Guidance will be provided at the beginning of the class.
Each participant will choose a crystal to hold during the meditation.
Reiki energy will be shared throughout, followed by soft sound healing using Koshi chimes, rattles, and rainstick to support integration and energetic balance.
This session is about recuperating, energising, and reconnecting with the quiet strength that already lives within you.
No prior meditation experience is necessary.
