Dr. Paul Lam is coming to Toowoomba in April, offering 3 one day workshops, starting with an In-depth of Yang 24 on Friday the 17th of April, followed by an In-depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention on the 28th, and an Exploration of different Tai Chi styles (Chen. Yang, Sun) on the 19th.
I am looking forward to these workshops both as a participant and helper bee.
