Dr. Paul Lam is coming to Toowoomba in April, offering 3 one day workshops, starting with an In-depth of Yang 24 on Friday the 17th of April, followed by an In-depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention on the 28th, and an Exploration of different Tai Chi styles (Chen. Yang, Sun) on the 19th.I am looking forward to these workshops both as a participant and helper bee.
