As the Full Moon reaches its peak, join Ruby to celebrate the transition into the Light of Summer, a time of the Fire Element according to Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory — a season for Joy, Expansion, and the spirit of the Heart.
This 2-hour immersion is designed to Harmonise your Energy with the rising heat of the season, moving from intentional movement into deep, restorative stillness.
We begin with a Slow, Intentional Flow to shift stagnant energy and build soft, internal heat, before settling into Meridian-based Yin Yoga to nourish the Heart and Small Intestine Lines to clear emotional heat and create space.
The journey emerges into an Immersive Sound Bath with Himalayan Bowls. Experience the Grounding Resonance of the bowls, including Personalised 1-2-1 Vibrational Healing* to anchor the expansive lunar energy.
Conclude with some seasonal herbal teas (optional).
Leave feeling Radiant, Aligned, and Deeply Rested.

Yang, Yin & Sound Bath (includig 1-2-1 Healing)
Info: We will move with a gentle flow and settle in our deeply nourishing yin postures. Afterwards, we will transition into a grounding sound bath to allow your body and mind to restore and rest in the vibrational energy of the Tibetan bowls.
The Yang (20 min): Slow and Intentional to Shift Stagnant Energy and Build Soft, Internal Heat
The Yin (40 min): Long Holds in Meridian-based Postures to Nourish the Heart and Small Intestine energy channels to clear emotional heat and create space for the Illuminating, Revealing Qualities of the Full Moon
The Sound (45 min): Immersive Sound Bath with Himalayan Bowls with Optional 1-2-1 Healing* to experience the Grounding Resonance to Anchor the Expansive Lunar Energy
