Sound Bath - Ethereal Sound

After a warm cup of 100% Cacao to help you fully relax, you'll be grounded and guided through a calming meditation to help anchor you into a state of deep relaxation, ready to be fully immersed into the healing frequencies of 432hz crystal singing bowls and gongs.

Sumptuous Z-beds, cushions, bolster cushions, cosy blankets and calming linseed filled eye pillows will be provided for everyone.

A grounding mat plugged in to earth your energy will be be available to everyone, and mineral water charged by copper and crystals will be provided individually.

A crystal grid will be set up for each session and one of those crystals charged with the energy of the session will be yours to take away and keep. All you need to bring is yourself, everything will be provided!

NB: Cacao will be made with Almond milk so please contact Claire prior to the session if you have a nut allergy and an alternative can be arranged.
