The 360 MOVEMENT LAB Held by Tola Oderinwale
The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, spirit-driven movement practice. We explore the body as a compass - where we notice, sense and feel what is alive within us moment to moment and allow movement to emerge from this awareness.
It's a practise that allows us to bring all of our selves into the room. We bring our attention and our awareness to what is here and practise staying with what is emerging.

DIRECTIONS
2mins walk from tube / 3 mins overground
-Please note entrance to the school is via Boundaries Road
-Through the main green gates and then the side gate to your right
-Follow the path round to your left (around the side of the building) and enter the building through the south building open double doors
-Take the first right and walk down towards the canteen
-The theatre is first set of double doors on the left - (before the canteen ) we will have someone on the door to welcome you
PARKING
Parking in residential streets around the school is free after 17.30

- Newcomers are welcome
- This is a drug and alcohol free space
- Phones off or on silent ( No Shazam, Photos or Videos)
- Doors close 15 minutes after start time
- This is a talk free space - please keep conversations off the dance floor
- Please wear indoor shoes or barefoot ( No socks or outdoor shoes )
