About this Event
In this 2nd presentation of the 2025 Making Great Gains Series, we explore the critical balance between the quality of movement and quantity of either weights or repetitions in a typical training session. Quite often, people place such emphasis on increasing the volume of their workouts at the expense of proper form and technique. There is definitely a time and place for focusing on maximum quickness or numbers, and using momentum to get there, but always short cutting or sacrifiing quality will eventually result in unbridgeable plateaus and unattainable goals. Sustainable progress always includes examining one's posture, form and technique so that all of the proper muscles that should ideally contribute to the exercise are being accessed, and then utilized to their fullest potential.
In this session:
Discover why quality training is so critical, and how to adeptly incorporate max efforts in your training, whether going for high intensity, heavier weights or maximum reps.
Learn to apply practical strategies to optimize your workout time and enhance your overall fitness.
This workshop is designed to give you the tools you need to train smarter, not harder, and achieve better results, faster. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, mastering the quality of your movements is the key to making consistent, lasting gains!
