Join The Station Foundation's San Diego Outreach for Interwoven: Service Member Flow, Roll, Release & Cryo with Micki Palmer.

Interwoven: Service Member Flow, Roll, Release & Cryo with Micki Palmer is a vinyasa yoga class with healing and rejuvenating trigger point therapy. For the first half of class, service members will warm up the body with a vinyasa yoga flow. This flow will target the muscles you will roll out in the second half of class. The second half of class focuses on releasing those stubborn, painful knots that can cause pain and stiffness with trigger point therapy balls. This class will help release muscles with benefits of reduced stress, pain relief, and increased range of motion. This class is suitable for all levels and we hope this class will teach self care to continue practice at home so that you can take responsibility for managing tight muscles independently.

Participants will have the option of a full body cryo at Elevate Performance which will continue to promote the body’s recovery, performance, and wellness.
