Yoga + Sound Bath + Coffee

Join Jennifer Butler, Yoga Therapist & Teacher, Saturday morning at 9am on the beach for a tranquil & grounding Yoga Flow followed up with a harmonic & relaxing sound bath. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views as you deepen in serenity & ground yourself by digging your toes into the sand while breathing in the nourishing fresh ocean air.

Following the yoga flow & sound bath, enjoy coffee from locally owned & operated business in Coronado and some light snacks.

* All levels class, no experience needed *

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat or large beach towel (can also be used under mat)
• Extra Layers (can get chilly)
• Yoga Props you like to use
• Blanket, pillows or bolsters to get cozy during the sound bath
• Water
• Love
• please arrive 15-30 mins early to find parking, for check-in and to get set-up/cozy
• recommend riding your bike or golf cart if you are a local
