Sunset Yoga-Pilates Fusion

Join Jennifer Butler, Yoga Therapist & Yoga/Pilates Instructor, every Thursday at 6pm for an evening for a harmonizing & grounding Sunset Beach Yoga-Pilates Fuison class to unwind from the day in nature to tranquil & healing sounds of the ocean.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views as you deepen in serenity & ground yourself by digging your toes into the sand while breathing in the nourishing fresh ocean air.

Suggested Donation Appreciated - $15-25 (cash or venmo @yogafitsme if preferred)

Pilates-Yoga Fusion is a fun upbeat class combining elements of Pilates Mat with Yoga (hatha/vinyasa) flow sequences for a total body workout style with a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. The class will close with a guided meditation & relaxing sound bath savasana.

Each class is designed with a combinations of breath work & movement to increase strength, flexibility & balance leaving you mentally and physically refreshed & nourished.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat or large beach towel (can also be used under mat)
• Extra Layers (can get chilly as the sun goes does)
• Yoga Props you like to use
• Blanket (for Savasana)
• Water
• Love

** I have the pilates balls for class.

We meet on the sand in front of the bathrooms on Coronado Beach North Shore to the left of the Fire Pits & Dog Beach next to Lifeguard Tower 6C.

FREE street parking or ride your bike if your a Coronado local.

** Please arrive 15-20 minute early to find parking & get yourself set up.
