About this Event
What Is Qigong?
Qigong is a traditional Chinese mind‑body practice that combines slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindful awareness to cultivate and balance your life‑force energy (qi). It's been practiced for thousands of years to improve health, reduce stress, and restore harmony in the body and mind.
Jill is a Certified Holden Qigong Teacher, and a Breathing and Meditation Instructor. Classes include breathing, warm-ups, activation of energy, soothing flows, and meditation within the framework of the Five Elements Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
