Puppies, Pilates, & Lattes with Mercy Full Project

Start your Sunday on a paw-some note and join us for puppies & pilates event with local rescue, Mercy Full Project and local pilates instructor, Emilie Robinson of Rise Pilates.

A morning of rejuvenating low flow pilates and puppy kisses!

All puppies are up for adoption and foster, with ticket sales benefitting the rescue. Whether you're a pilates pro or just coming for puppy love, you'll leave feeling energized and relaxed -- maybe even with a pup or two.

Tickets include:

Donation to MercyFull Project Animal Rescue

1 hour mat pilates class

1 ticket for any free beverage at The Big Coffee Cup Cafe (onsite after class)

Parking is available in the 717 lot next to our building, or along the street (free until 2pm on Sundays).

BYOM - bring your own mat, please! We DO have a few extras, just in case!
