The Christchurch Diamond Way Buddhist Centre is delighted to welcome Lama Ole Nydahl's student, Lena Leonteva. She will give a public lecture on Buddhism in the Modern World at our centre at 220 England Street. At the end of the lecture, we invite you to take part in a short guided meditation and she will also be available to answer questions.

Diamond Way Buddhism Christchurch is part of an international network of more than 600 meditation centres in over 50 countries following the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The centres were founded and are directed by Lama Ole Nydahl according to the wishes of the 16th Karmapa.
Our centres consist of people and families working full-time jobs, incorporating Diamond Way Buddhism teachings and meditation into their daily lives. New people are always welcome for free guided meditation every Thursday at 8pm, and once a month we offer an Introduction talk into Buddhism.
