🌹In our ‘Women Connecting Circle’ catchups, we share, laugh, and connect over various themes. It's inspiring and uplifting to be surrounded by wonderful women from all ages and backgrounds. Together, as women, we can empower and enrich each other's lives.🌹These catch-ups are conducted in a supportive and safe space where we can celebrate successes and navigate challenges together.

Manuela is a mum of three school/university-aged boys and has been running her health and wellbeing business, My Fit Life, for the last ten years. Through her exercise classes, mentoring, and courses, she encourages women to regain their strength and confidence, let go of feelings and thought patterns that do not serve them, and tap into their inner wisdom.
