Are you ready to transform the way you receive and give feedback, reflect on your personal growth, and silence your inner critic?
This workshop is designed to empower anyone seeking to develop their ability to handle critical reflection with resilience and grounded confidence.
In this 3-hour immersive experience, you will learn how to navigate the complexities of receiving feedback, both from yourself and others. We will focus on developing the mindset and tools needed to reflect critically on your own actions and decisions while maintaining a grounded and intuitive sense of what truly serves your growth.
We will work on the mindset of the inner critic, reframing it as a tool for growth rather than something to fear or avoid. Through body-based techniques and breathwork, we will explore how to transform your relationship with your inner critic, harnessing its power to fuel your resilience and personal evolution.

At the heart of my work is more than just a somatic approach I also use an emotion-focused approach that priorities the understanding and healing of your emotional world. This approach allows us to create a safe space where you can fully express and explore your emotions without fear or judgment. By focusing on the core emotions that shape your experiences, we can uncover the deeper roots of your challenges and help you reconnect with your authentic self.
What does this mean?
Rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms, I work with you to dive into the emotions driving your thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. By bringing awareness to these emotions and understanding them in a compassionate way, we can release the patterns of self-sabotage, anxiety, and fear that may be holding you back. This is especially powerful for those who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by the emotional aspects of their lives or business.
As a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive practitioner, I understand the profound impact that trauma can have on your body, mind, and spirit. Trauma-informed care means recognizing the signs and symptoms of trauma in your life and responding in ways that support your safety, healing, and empowerment.
As a Māori practitioner, I bring the principles of Te Ao Māori into my practice, ensuring that the space I create is grounded in respect, connection, and cultural safety. My approach honors whakapapa (ancestry) and the tikanga(customs) that guide our way of being in the world.
I’m committed to making this a culturally safe space where your identity, values, and experiences are respected. Whether you are Māori or from another cultural background, you will be welcomed with manaakitanga (care and hospitality). This means working together in a way that honors who you are, your cultural heritage, and your unique healing journey.
In this space, your wairua (spirit) is just as important as your body and mind. We co-create a supportive environment where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore your healing in a way that respects your culture and personal needs.
This workshop is perfect for healers, entrepreneurs, leaders, and anyone seeking to build resilience and grounded confidence in how they reflect, receive, and give feedback. Leave with a stronger sense of self-awareness, tools to align your actions with your values, and the confidence to approach reflection and feedback with clarity and courage.
